  • Order and contact information (from you): name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, order details. Payment card data is processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal or Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Device and usage information (automatically): IP address, browser and device type, time zone, pages viewed, referring site, search terms, and how you interact with the Site, collected through cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies.
  • Customer support information (from you): content of your emails, chat messages and warranty/return requests.

Newsletter

Our newsletter (sent via Klaviyo) uses double opt-in: after signing up you receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your subscription; we only send marketing e-mails after you confirm. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every e-mail or by writing to info@onsra.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Legal bases (GDPR): performance of a contract (orders), legal obligation (tax/accounting), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, basic analytics) and consent (advertising cookies/pixels, newsletter). Retention

We keep order information as long as needed for the order, warranty and legal retention periods (up to 10 years for accounting records), then delete or anonymise it.

Minors

The Site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
